On 10 March 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC received notification that Mr Jamie Graham Matheson, Executive Chairman, has
today exercised options over 4,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 81.3p each pursuant
to the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme December 2003 grant, representing 0.0018% of the total issued share capital
of the Company
His resultant holding in the Company is now 482,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2114% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
